  • This election is open to the following affiliates hired before July 22, 2024:

    • All full-time and regular part-time administrative employees in grades 7 to 16 (including support staff).

    • Please note that if you hold an officer of administration position within the Libraries, you are included in the Libraries constituency and are not eligible to participate in this election.

    • The voting system is preferential voting.
